Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the USA.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible to get your items to you fast! If you’d like to make any changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we are unable to make any changes, but you can still return your item once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Our team works hard to process your order as quickly as possible! We process orders Monday through Friday, with all orders typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. During holidays or busy sale periods, there may be a slight delay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and shipping distances, please allow between 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience!
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, please reach out to us right away at info@valfran.com. You’ll be eligible for a full refund if your order is lost or delayed.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
The prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars and do not include taxes or import duties. Once your order arrives at its final destination, your local customs office may charge import taxes, customs duties, or fees. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by us. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Be sure to include your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you haven’t seen the refund after this period, please reach out to your card-issuing bank for further assistance.
